We have all heard it at least a thousand times over the course of our childhoods: ‘Eat your vegetables, you hear?’. Most of us heard this more than anything during our childhood. All you could think of as a child was when you get older you will never eat another one again. And they aren’t even needed anway? But, we’ve got news for you! Those veggies and that fruit is good for you. You need it in order to stay healthy. You can’t live without them. If you let them be, you’ll get fat and ill. Not good at all. Go a week without eating any, you will see what I mean. Go for a veggie diet! Very natural and healthy, way better than one of all those chock dieting fast cures of any strong prescription weight loss pills. Fat burners with ephedrine can give side effects anyway.It is very important not to cook vegetables for too long on the stove. Don’t cook them for too long. they will lose their taste, and look sorry and unappealing. Taste will be gone too. This is the worst thing that you can do to them. When you over cook a veggie, you rob of it of everything that makes it good for you. This is a total waste of cash and vitamins. An individual needs vegetables every day to stay healthy. I know you have had that pounded into your head while you were at school. It sucks to learn they were actually telling the truth doesn’t it?
